Does anyone have the Hatsukoi partial patch?

Long. long ago there was a TLwiki project for Hatsukoi. It produced a (partial) patch! Now, however, the patch has been lost to the sands of time. Will you be the one to make a stand, show your defiance to the dark lords of data loss, and reupload it?

 

Many thanks if you manage to find it I will make a complete torrent of the game if I can assemble it all.
