So currently I'm playing this game (episode 3) and when I check vndb I found out about bugbug 2016 12 

anyone can tell me what's the different if I apply this patch?

Pretty sure it is the same patch that you can get from their website that adds new H-scene to the gallery that is just one H-scene from Kazari's view point.
