Help with .PTF font

Hello everyone! I'm new here and i'm trying to change font for this game https://vndb.org/v165600. I unpacking "Fonts.arc" without any problem then I got FOT-RodinPro-DB.PTF file.

But i can't able to decrypt this file ( maybe to .ttf or otf font file i don't know)  Somebody help me.
