Alchemy Meister - Text Glitch?

I've been playing Kamidori Alchemy Meister Recently for probably the fifth time. Anyway since a major windows update the text in the game is completely messed up. I'm using windows 10 and latest updates so I'm not sure how about going to fix it. Before the update it was reading clearly. Now it's all squished together and sometimes unreadable. Any one else getting these sort of problems?

Use a bigger monitor or a tv and up your resolution

Well downgraded from the update and that fixed it for now till I update later.

However, the only issue was generated text. The images, the pictures and everything else was still fine. Even the saved image on the load page showed the old text version. Just all the text boxes where squished like the font was acting up. This is what happened. I would have loaded an image earlier but Imgur was down and wouldn't let me. 

Going Full Screen or windowed mode did not change the text and there's no resolution options on the game but those two for some odd reason.

No the resolution of your entire computer, that should in turn change the text (might also alter images for higher quality) or it might just upscale everything

In testing it with the game it doesn't change anything. My screen resolution is 2560x1440 currently. I can change it all the way down to 800x600 in which case the game isn't even all on the screen and in full screen the text is messed up again. The game itself has a fixed resolution in windowed mode and at 1024x768 it barely fits the width. but it does fit the height.

I recommend checking if you have Japanese fonts installed

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the japanese fonts on my pc first when I saw that was a possible issue. It didn't seem to do anything. I'm thinking if I reupdate my computer it'll break again so I'm not all sure what the cause could be.
