Dramatical Murder: error reading setup initialization file

"i tried running DMMd_crack_for_ver110.exe but i got a black screen which closed after a few seconds as many other people did. so then, as others suggested, i tried running sdrt4280j.exe first but all i got was this window : http://i.imgur.com/WiafAyw.png i even changed my locale, updated directx and turned off my anti virus but still it didn't work. is there anything i can do about that?"
