Hatsukoi 1/1 download

So I mount disk 1, run the setup etc. and it starts downloading. Normally, at this point there would be a message saying you need disk 2, the problem is that instead it says that mail_3frm.gan is missing and then closes the app. It does this every time I try to download it. I even checked in my hatsukoi files that I downloaded online and I HAVE mail_3frm.gan, so I don't know how to fix it. Thanks for your help.
