any of you guys can think of some English translated VN that has some humiliating ending for the MC?

If you know something, please suggest it, would be really helpful.

There's also Hadaka Shitsuji which is pretty much the Yaoi version of Starless... Euphoria also have some ends where the protag get humilated n' stuff.

Not quite sure what you mean by humiliating. If you mean like something sexually humiliating, I probably can't help you. If you just want embarrassing stuff to happen to him, (at some point of the game) try

kira kira -> MC forced to crossdress for every show

Monster Girl Quest's bad endings will likely be a good time for you if you can bear the inconsistent art. Euphoria's also a good shot, I think. Also, as someone who doesn't like nukige or really ero in general, both of those VNs are really good for other reasons so I would recommend them both regardless.

Dont do it. I played it, I want to be able to un-play it.

I was so grossed out by it I was laughing like a maniac the whole way through.

As for why I played it through to the end (infact all the ends except 2), I do not know, something compelled me to do so.

Plus it is just humiliating for the MC throughout really lol

What do you mean by "humiliating ending"? You mean a SEVERELY BAD ending?
Well...
I found the ending of Koichoco (Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate) to be a little bit humiliating.
