I completed Hoshizora no Memoria recently, and knew about Eternal Heart, I was wondering where to get this game, if its fully translated, if its the same as Hoshimemo, like a visual novel or something along those lines, and whats different about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hoshimemo EH is a straightforward extended epilogue basically. It has two extended routes and five routes for the minor heroines.
