Akshay Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 (edited) So i just started reading Steins:gate. I'm using the flowchart walkthrough to try and get all the endings. It seems you can get all the endings in 2 playthroughs. 0 true route flags for Mayuri and and get the rest for the Kurisu and True routes. Is there a specific route order that will make it a more enjoyable experience? Edit More specifically, should Mayuri's route be played before the true one. Edited October 19, 2017 by Akshay Quote
Soulless Watcher Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 Not really, the various non-true endings are pretty short and token. Unless you are a big fan of the particular heroine there is nearly no substance to them. Quote
Nandemonai Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 (edited) I liked all of them, but yeah, they're super short (except for Mayuri's). As for the specific question about Mayuri: This goes for the Kurisu ending as well. You should probably get them before getting the true ending. The true ending explains everything in a way that these endings don't. Edited October 19, 2017 by Nandemonai Quote

Zidan209 Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 For practical reasons, you should do Suzuha, Faris, Luka, Mayuri, Kurisu and True, because that's basically how they go after eachother in chronological order Akshay 1 Quote
Nandemonai Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 Yeah, it will be obvious when the choice points for Suzuha, Faris, and Luka come up. Okabe wiill think to himself that he needs to do something, but the story won't force you to do it. That's a choice point for the ending. Quote
Kurisu-Chan Posted October 20, 2017 Posted October 20, 2017 Basically, it's a matter of triggers. Mayuri and Kurisu are the two latest endings, and requires specific triggers, but Mayuri triggers will cancel Kurisu's triggers, and vice versa. Tbh tho, The endings are kinda short, it's mostly a kinetic novel, so, if you want to 100%, do Mayuri then Me/True ending, else, do me/True ending. And then go for Steins;Gate 0. and Chaos;Child.
