Need Help in Starry Sky

I successfully installed Starry Sky ~in Spring~ but i uninstall it again because something happen then i mess up the files and try to install it again and try to uninstall it again because of some reason but i can't unistall it again in control panel so i try to uninstall it by using the setup.exe but when i try something pop up:

then i restart my pc and try to uninstall it again but it show up again so i try to open the game thinking that the game might work again after trying to uninstall it earlier and this pop up shows:

This is in the right place. Have you checked your C: directory to see if the files had actually been removed?
