My girlfriend is the president and Shunki Gentei Poco a Poco! Windows 10 kernel problem

So i have a new desktop which is in win 10 OS. I have tried playing these 2 games which is My girlfriend is the president and Shunki Gentei Poco a Poco!

But end up having the unregconise kernel32 module/NM error.

I have tried using the version.dll for both but both failed with these 2 error. 

1. invalid signature token or unrecognise dll/KM

2. May not be a valid kirikiri executable

I then tried on my friends windows 8 OS computer, only My girlfriend is the president work while Shunki Gentei Poco a Poco! failed. this may be because the Shunki is a 32bit game exe.

Im sry but please read the whole thing before assuming something.

The problem here is win 10 OS, so i still have the issue

whoops, looks like i didnt read carefully...
but thats odd, i didnt have my girlfriend is a president, but shunki gentei run just fine on my system, i even use win 10 64 bit, so it think the problem is not about the game being the 32 bit here...
however, you can try the other way,
you can use krkrextract, basically, this is an extractor, but also work as launcher...

How to use it though ? 
i extract it, open KrkrExtract-master\KrkrExtract KrkrExtract.exe, 

i then drag my game exe and a 春季限定.exe-up.txt was created. Launching the exe still give error.

just open krkrextract.exe, then there is a window appear says "drag the exe here" or something like that, drag and drop the game exe, and the game should run...
