I'm having a problem when i'm trying to save or loading any saves in my game.

Did you follow the instructions and created a folder named "faterealtanua_savedata" on the documents section?

Yep, i created the folder and add the translation, i already played once but i tried to play again and i received this message.

It says it cant open/create the file so permissions issue? Try running as admin?
