[SOLVED]Can't install Amenity's Life MiniFanDisc -Rezona & Itano Kanade Ver.-

Hello everyone, hope you're enjoying your holidays

So I'm having trouble with this game : https://vndb.org/v20893

When I run the installer nothing happens, I tried to run the game, the bgiforinstalling, the normal installer, I tried to copy the game folder on my laptop and install it from here, I tried to run the game from this folder but everytime nothing happens. I'm on windows 10 and my system local is in japanese.
I don't know what to do you have any idea to fix this please ?

You know, it may be a good idea to write what exactly you did to make it work, just in case somebody else encounters the same problem.

Well, you need a file to bypass the region check, because the game need a japanese OS but I don't think I'm allowed to post the link here.
