umineko voice problem

When playing some of the voices sound distorted or with static, but when I replay them they sound fine, I've had this poroblem with the fuwanovel ps3 voice and graphics and with the umineko project, also with higurashi some of the music sounded like this. 

Im in win 7 64bits have tried jap local, admin, int video card and ext.

Tried other headphones and still the same problem, any help???

EDIT: Tried on another pc and still the same problem, also tried with a DAC/Amp and nothing

Well, you should first of all buy Mangagamer's release on Steam or their website.

Then, you should use the patch provided here to get the best experience:

It will only work with MG's version!

And take in mind that 1 - this version available on the old Fuwa is an illegal copy and is not supported nor updated. Because of this, at least here, nobody will be able to help you. 2, even using the official copy, remember that it is a patch, so errors may occur, but then you can ask for help with the developers.

FOund a solution, but need to know how to get the ons.cfg commands for umineko 5-8, any1 know?
