Can someone explain to me the ending of ginko's route I mean i played this but I don't think I understand everything and my question is:

Spoiler

Is Ginko immortal because at the end when they have daughter Kousuke says that he want her to be happy after he's gone etc. and that makes me really sad because if she's immortal then forever alone BUT if she will die after him or she can I don't know go to heaven or something like that. Then it changes everything for me and makes me happy so please someone who knows everthing about this VN make me happy

Spoiler

As I understand it, Ginko is just very, very slow to age (about a month for every century or so of mortal life).  It is impossible for her to return to her own 'home' for reasons she herself doesn't understand.  However, she has set herself the mission of eventually recapturing the rogue 'hagoromo' pieces spread all over Japan.  I'm pretty sure I remember it being the same pattern as Saya from Ouka, where the protagonist's and the immortal heroine's descendants keep her from feeling alone after the protagonist dies...
