IMHHW Flight Diary error

Hiya! So basically, to make a long story incredibly short, I tried installing Flight Diary, but it gives me an error, something about AdvHD.exe not being found or something(?) i was wondering if anyone could give me any solutions?

My format, and system locale are both set to Japanese, as well as date and time. When I try to run the app, this error pops up:

 

Any help is appreciated. I'm still learning Japanese, so I know that it has something to do with a CRC error and not being able to do something with adH player. But I'm not sure what it is exactly. Thanks in advance. 

 

EDIT: If it's of any help, I'm running a laptop with 4 gbs of RaM, 200G of memory left and 64 but Windows 10. The original KonoSora runs perfectly fine with no errors. The place where I downloaded Flight Diary didn't come with the ADVHD.exe so i copied the file from the original KonoSora.

That is an installer for the game update. Yo are supposed to install the game from the game disc that is .mdf .mds

From what I could decipher for the error message, it sounds like one or more files are corrupted. "CRC" usually means that the checksum is incorrect.
