ITH won't update

I'm interested in playing Ken ga Kimi with ITH, and I used the above guide to set everything up. However, I can't seem to update the version of ITH I got. Neother ITH nor ITH64 works. I am using Win10.

EDIT: Literally nothing happens when I click the update buttons, nothing changes and no text appears inside the box.

EDIT2:  I tried again with both the Korean(?) and English version of ITHVNR and although the option to hook the game in, no text comes through. There's only one channel to pick from as well. It looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/SAYwwFF

In the process explorer window you need to select the game and then click on "Attach", only after its attached and you advance through the text of the novel once or twice can you go to select the hook:

Also update game http://rejetweb.jp/kengakimi/support/dl/KenGaKimi103.exe

And use /HBN-8*0@B238D:KenGaKimi.exe
