hydro Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Australia? That continent with kangaroos? Â Watch your back. Â Â We also have large spiders and other horrible things that will kill you. Quote
Chewy Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Haha well I did say more than enough. I've been quick with numbers from a young age, and did well at math in school. But math quickly went from one of my best subjects to my outright worst as I entered Uni and it got more advanced. These days I do better at units with essays, group assignments and presentations as annoying as all that is. Â I don't actually know if it's better or worse than Sydney's, but some areas are sub par. I've been to Adelaide, Canberra and Queensland. Always fly past and/or ignore Sydney. Not that I travel that much at all. Not a fan of travel in general actually, feel it's a waste of money. Â Anyways I never played against schools from another state when I was in high school. What's the deal with that one, do teams from one of the schools travel interstate to the other? Yes alternatively this year we go to them. Quote

hydro Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Really it would be quicker to make a list of things that don't try and kill you in Australia. Quote

FinalChaos Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Ah we are talking about maths are we ...... it reminds of the hell I'm going through trying to fully learn/apply complex numbers. It was good with x+iy but then we had to get something called euler form and nth roots of unity. If all this isn't enough we also need to do all the geometry(argand plane) associated with complex numbers........... Life is tough Quote

hydro Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I'm assuming he means movies, games and stuff. And if by weird he meant a complete joke, then he'd be right. Â For a long time we had 18+ for movies but not for games, even though 'Merica had it for both. That alone didn't make sense on multiple levels. Then when we finally got 18+ for video games, they still censored stuff. Quote
Chewy Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Oh that rating system.... I went into an MA15+ movie with a friend when we were both 12....joke on many levels it seems. Quote
Tyrael Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 People will still buy GTA V for their 12 year old kids even though it's supposed to be 18+ so these labels are arbitrary anyway Quote

They obviously go for as high as possible for 'max' entertainment Quote
