I failed math last semester and might again! Fuck you Calculus. I am an angineer dammit. I dont need you! (I also failed english) Â No but seriously that sucks. I did fail math. I was pretty bummed as well. That got my GPA below a 3 which is also getting me in trouble with the honors college. Quote

I am still sad though, because that shows what a steaming piece of shit I am compared to who I expect myself to be. I want to do something related to astronomy or quantum physics or computer science. Apparently unless you go to grad school (apparently something post-PhD if I understand correctly) it is VERY difficult to find a job as an astronomer, the job often gets repetitive, and does not pay well for the work you put in(though I guess $56K is not too bad annually) So if I try to chase my dreams I will probably get stuck in a high school somewhere as a physics teacher. Father is kinda pissed at me so I probably will not be able to get myself a GBA SP or import games from Amazon. TL;DR: Academically shit, and also normal trivial teenager-angst filled ramblings about video games Quote

Still, I have to give this one credit for surprising me. Not gonna keep me from marking it as spam though. Â Â Also, Yahoo ads are getting more obnoxious. I've been keeping them down with NoScript so far, but it seems like I'll need something for Yahoo specifically since it now has a resize thing. Quote

Kenshin_sama Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Dude, just dump Yahoo and use Google. That's what I did, and I've yet to have a reason to complain. They're less annoying and they don't appear to try and worm their way past AdBlock. Plus they don't take celebrity gossip and pass it off as "news" Yeah, I guess it is about time to use Google for something other than a subsidiary for services. I always liked Yahoo Mail for their interface, but it is getting annoying. Not looking forward to updating all my profiles though... Guess it shouldn't be too bad if I just change it as I use them.  And yeah, lol Yahoo search. Quote
