This is true. Why? Because I use the spoiler tag for a ton of things. I have used it for evil, what, twice? I have used it for non-evil, what, fifty times? And besides, they were never jumpscares. Gross things, sure. Jumpscares, nah.

Then think about various things:

-Before just now, 100% of your dreaded imagery had been inside a spoiler.

-We cannot know what is inside the spoiler, and the unknown is scary. Our imaginations can come up with worse evil than you ever could.

-People are making it a worse deal than it actually is. New people coming in and old veterans who are still at it, all jump on the bandwagon.
