Isn't Kickstarter credit card only ? As far as I remember from the FAQ is that they don't have a function to support PayPal and only support a majority of credit cards.

That is correct; so my question is what's the mass appeal of it, if not quality? Not that Grisaia isn't a quality VN.

To answer you, Grisaia established its popularity before the Anime came along. I could think of other VNs in Grisaia's genre that have no where near its popularity despite being as good or better.

Hits all the "feelings" buttons for some people and has a good translation. I thought it was good, but nothing to write home about, except Angelic Howl.
