Mr Poltroon Posted August 23, 2018 Posted August 23, 2018 (edited) Newton and the Apple Tree Summary "'Newton' was actually the pen name of a brilliant-minded girl!?" Protagonist Syuji Asanaga and his childhood friend Yotsuko Utakane, while tracking down Syuji's missing grandfather, unexpectedly ended up traveling through time to the 17th century, a time known for exciting advances in scientific discovery. What they witnessed upon their arrival was the presence of a single girl right in front of them. This particular girl would go on to be dubbed as the father of modern-day science, Sir Isaac Newton! That’s correct, Newton turned out to be a small, flat-chested girl! Unaware of this, Syuji loudly crashed into the apple tree right in front of the girl. "You do realize that I was just on the verge of making the most groundbreaking discovery, don't you!?" It was at the moment our main couple traveled through time, right then and there, that Newton discovered universal gravitation! And just like that, through Syuji's witless conduct, the great scientific discoveries of that century had all crumbled to ashes. What's more, like the domino effect, this would gradually end up altering key points in history. Now taking up residence at the prestigious English university called "Tenbridge University," Syuji finds himself pulled into the antics of four strange girls (and Yotsuko). In the midst of all this chaos, will Syuji ever be able to rectify history and return to the present!? Ending Guideline / Suggested Route Order The game follows a single continuous plot that eventually leads to the final route, but has a number of choices along the way which branch off into different routes. The recommended reading order is to read each route as they branch off chronologically: Yotsuko > Lavi > Lavi Again > Haru > Emmy > Alice Lavi's route always needs to be read once before any other bar Yotsuko's. If you have the 18+ patch, which can be found at Panty Press, finishing a route unlocks extra H-Scenes in the 'Special' menu. Finishing the game unlocks 'Continue+' also in the Special menu. Walkthrough In choices marked with 'Your Choice', please choose what comes naturally. Sometimes choices will lead nowhere and you will have to repeat until you get the correct one. Yotsuko Spoiler 1) Your Choice 2) Your Choice 3) Your Choice 4) Your Choice 5) Wipe away her tears. Lavi Spoiler 1) Your Choice 2) Your Choice 3) Your Choice 4) Your Choice 5) Help her up. 6) Must be my imagination... 7) Your Choice If you replay this route, certain scenes and the ending will change. Haru Spoiler 1) Your Choice 2) Your Choice 3) Your Choice 4) Your Choice 5) Help her up. 6) From the balcony...? 7) Go out to the balcony. Emmy Spoiler 1) Your Choice 2) Your Choice 3) Your Choice 4) Your Choice 5) Help her up. 6) From the balcony...? 7) Better go to sleep. 8 ) Your Choice 9) Take Emmy's hand. Alice Spoiler 1) Your Choice 2) Your Choice 3) Your Choice 4) Your Choice 5) Help her up. 6) From the balcony...? 7) Better go to sleep. 8 ) Your Choice 9) Talk sense into Emmy. 10) Your Choice Attribution All info tested by yours truly through playing the game. wyldstrykr Posted August 27, 2018 Posted August 27, 2018 if you need to get 100% glossary you need to select all choices before yotsuko's route choice. the order probably doesnt matter Quote
JoshB2084 Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I have a question.... Can I save that select #5 and continue Yotsuko route, then come back to load to do Lavi route? Quote

You can do so so you don't have to replay or skip through parts you've already seen. So you can save at #5, read Yotsuko's route, load the save, read Lavi's. 12 hours ago, Liquidacid said: What exactly does Continue+ do? Continue+ is an extra scenario. If you make the right choices you can read it. It immediately sends you back to the menu if you fail, so it's easy to get through. JoshB2084 1 Quote

Spoiler The second time around, Lavi managed to get Alice to complete her invention for Haru by speaking about the ship sails. The world changed from one with a completely distinct future where Alice made no notable discoveries to one with a relatively similar future to the timeline the protagonists came from, as Alice managed to reconcile with Haru (off-screen) thanks to the changes from replaying. Also, there's two Lavis in the replayed timeline. Silvz 1 Quote
