can't activate the Locale Emulator setting in VNR.

I wanted to try the Novel: Austronauts: comet/Aristear Remain/アリスティア・リメイン

And now i got a problem... I can start both of the programs. Its works fine if i start just one of them but when i start Visual Novel Reader, it says that i don't have the Locale Emulator... and that's the problem.. I have the Emulator... I also tried it with Applocale but the installation doesn't work for me for any reason ._. And yeah.. I searched for the problem but i found literally NOTHING.

Would be nice if someone could help me :/

try placing the applocale instalator in the c:/ folder and after that run cmd as administrator. if in cmd you are at system32 folder, just go up typing "cd .." and press "enter" and again until you are in c:/ . than just type apploc.msi and press "enter", it should work just fine
