VNR is translating lines separately

Hello, i'm new at using VNR and i'm having a problem
when the dialog box has a text of 2 or 3 lines, the translator translates each one separately, loosing it's context. also, when displaying the translation, the firsts lines of translation rapidly disappear, showing only the last line. it's making game play really annoying. 
can anyone help me please?
