Working after some time but then this error appeared

Buy the official English version. It's better anyway and a lot more stable on post XP versions of Windows.

Or try these for a start 

1- Stop using a beta version of windows.
2- Reinstall all the redist.
3- Update the redists using windows update.
4- Close every other software you may be running in the background.
5- Change system's non-unicode comp mode to english or japanese.
6- Move the game to another drive.
7- Check drives for errors and bad sector.
8- Wait until a windows/redist update is released and check is the problem is still there.
