Help tools extract file .PAK of [PSP]

Currently I want to make a patch for [PSP] Tomoyo its wonderful Life, but the texts is in the .PAK file. I tried some tools but they did not work. And when I looked at Fuwanovel forum, I recognized a tool called "PakDecomp", which seemed to be able to Extract .PAK files. Unfortunately, as Tlwiki seems dead, I can not enter it to Download, and I can not find it anywhere else. (;´∀｀)

So I hope everyone help me a little, if everyone have any PakDecomp Link, or other tools, please share it with me. I'm really serious about this work, and want Visual Novel to grow more. Arigatougozaimasu. (*^▽^*)

I have the same problem, can't extract my .dat files since the website isn't loading. And I actually wrote my problem in the data extraction thread but haven't received any response yet. I hope there is someone who can help!
