I doubt anybody here knows for sure. But looking at the reviews for Dieselmine's other Steam titles, that sounds like a definite possibility.

Regardless, it's an H-game with a shota protagonist. My guess is that Steam will give it the axe.

Previous Dieselmine games on Steam/ DLsite have been done with MTLs, so they might very well continue doing that, sadly. (I mean, just look at the summary... that reeks of a MTL)
