Majikoi S - Internal exception error

Hello guys, I'm new here.
I started to access the site after reading some things about Maji and well that's the reason I'm creating this topic in the support section.

I started playing the first game of the series and after clearing the routes of the best girls (Momo, Mayucchi and Wanko for the win) I decided to advance to the next game, I downloaded the second game and installed without problems, but when I tried to play I get the message "A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program ". I tried uninstalling the game and re-installing, downloading from another source.

until then, okay with some research in the end I discovered that the antivirus did this, and people spoke to disable AVG (in my case I use avast, but it worked to disable the antivirus) BUT after that the real problem started, now I ' m getting a new error (an internal exception has occurred (address: 0x75001834) .....) I do not really know what to do because this error happens even when the game has not yet been installed, this is also happening when the disk image is mounted.

I searched here in the site about it before but the only topic with an error title that I found had a different code and was solved without many details

Does anyone please know how to fix this?
