nohman Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I've been splitting the time I've been spending on video games between GTA Online and Story of Seasons. I also picked up a Wii U last week so I'm working my way through the first Bayonetta again before I jump into Bayonetta 2. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I'm trying to finish Sonic Advance on emulator, yet another game I love. <3 Quote
Flutterz Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 Nah, Heroes 6 DLC isn't worth it. Get the Heroes 3 complete edition on different sites because this HD remake doesn't contain them. But Heroes franchise overall is a good game. I actually liked Heroes 4 and 5. Â Edit: But if you look at the median it is 12 bucks for the middleground. Why not spend 15 for everything... Quote
Lexyvil Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I'm currently playing Super Robot Taisen OG. Â I think I'm investing too much time into it, but as a fan of strategy games, I just can't stop easily; it's too much fun. Quote
Flutterz Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Actually went back and finished one of my playthroughs of Pillars of Eternity, solo monk FTW. I even managed to solo the sky dragon... but not the adra dragon, she freaking one-shots me with a single crit. Had to hire a fighter and a priest to beat her. Quote
LiquidShu Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Playing Pokemon Uranium on PC and attemping to learn Persona 4 Arena The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold Quote
Getsuya Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I'm thinking of starting up either the Grandia or Wild Arms series. With Wild Arms I would probably start with 3 because I've 100%ed 1 and I got so far into 2 that I don't feel like playing it again already. With Grandia I'd probably start with 1. Not sure how far into either series I would get but I really want to play Wild Arms 3 and 5 and at least Grandia 1 and 2. Quote
Kosakyun Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Still playing Azure Dreams. I'm almost 30 hours in. I need to start Super Robot Taisen: OG soon. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Downloaded a shitton of GBA games to my phone, any genre is playable but fighters and the few FPS it has. I really liked F-Zero GP Legend, I am also in the second act of the sixth zone in Sonic Advance. I alao somehow took a liking to Mario Kart Super Circuit. ... I really want an actual GBA (the limited edition SP NES version, in fact. Also an EZ Flash IV.) Quote
joehawks12 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 crypt of the necro dancer.  This is the most addicting shit ever. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Just installed Battlefront II. Gonna go kill some Stormtroopers for funsies. EDIT: Or not...didn't know about the crash, and I don't have a mic here with me to stop it from crashing Also, might be worth mentioning that I'm putting effort into getting Bloodbath Kavkaz DMCA'd. I hunted down the email address of someone at Time Warner and sent him proof that Kavkaz uses the Guy Fawkes mask, which is a trademark of Time Warner. Hopefully they won't just brush it off as spam. I'll literally sit on the phone and wait to talk to someone if I have to; that steaming pile of crap shouldn't have been put on Steam in the first place. Unsung hero. Quote
sarayne Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Currently replaying all the Mass Effect and Dragon age games fun times! Quote
Kenshin_sama Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 You're doing the world a favor, Zeno. There's only so much you can get away with in game development, and Bloodbath Kavkaz crosses way too many lines. Quote
sarayne Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 I just wish Valve would get off their asses and pull it themselves, but if they won't do it, then I'll just get someone else to do it. Â I also flagged it on Steam and noted that it uses copyrighted material, but I'm not expecting much on that end. Â It's been pointed out to Valve multiple times, and they haven't done anything about it because they don't have to. Â There just so much crap getting in through greenlight and valve has yet to do anything about.Tons of games stealing assets and sound effects from other games... You just have to look at Jim Sterling's youtube channel to see the amount of crap on steam lol. Quote
Igneus_Iudex Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 I'm playing TES: Oblivion, Empire Total War (Ultimate Empire mod with Poland), Medieval II total war and Hawken (I don't like shooters, but it's worth playing this one [it is a mech fps] ). Quote
nohman Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Played the new Mario Party for a couple of hours yesterday. The mini-games seem kinda underwhelming, but that might just be nostalgia and age when comparing it against Mario Party 3. Â Most of my time has still been with GTA online. Anyone else playing that for the PC? Quote
Mevvrynne Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Most of my time has still been with GTA online. Anyone else playing that for the PC? Â That's all I've been doing with my free time recently. Â My heists group is on the last one but we have been getting some really stupid bad luck and some really stupid moments on ourselves (ie slamming into the side of the large wooden bridge right before the jump and dying, or getting an obscene amount of cops one time, or the pedestrians trying to be heroes...) Quote
Flutterz Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 So... anyone here gotten banned for modding GTA 5 yet? Quote
nohman Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Yeah, I heard about that. It's pretty ridiculous. People were getting banned for using a single player FoV mod I think. The anti-cheat engine can't discriminate between single player and multiplayer mods or something. They really have to do something about that, since mods are pretty important for a game like GTA. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Such glorious bullshit. Â I love me my emulators. Quote
sarayne Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 So, apparently the Steam version of Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will crash every time you launch a game mode unless you have a mic plugged in. No joke.  Gonna start modding it. Vanilla is great, but mods make everything better. WHAT????? How does this even happen lololol... Quote
Turnip Sensei Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 I have absolutely no idea. Found this out when I installed it on another computer and looked up why it was crashing. Apparently it's the best way to keep it from crashing. There's no official or unofficial patch that fixes it, as far as I know.  Classic Pc games and their random technical issues.  Speaking of technical issues I played some Stalker: Call of Pripyat with Misery mod today, game that loads for five minutes when you start it and crashes randomly. Stalker games are my go to games when I'm not sure what to do. It's so Zen running around in the desolate Zone, walking into anomalies and having face to face encounters with mutants. They are also the kinds of games that create their own stories, thanks to random mutant spawns and enemy patrol routes. Today I ran into two pseudo-giants (strongest mutant in the game) in a bunker which already contains dwarf with telekinetic powers. I spent half an hour trying to run past them, it was super tense. Quote
LiquidShu Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 As I seem to never marathon any games, instead slowly play them over the coarse of me entire life, I picked up Savant and eXceed on Steam. Quote
