(every time @madvanced decides to invite me to Tabletop -.-) and I am enjoying it. Inspired from a lot of different games and overall it is a good game for a small developer. Blame @OriginalRen not me plox. Quote
Eclipsed Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Finished SAO: Lost Song I officially like the game's storyline over the anime's, cuz in Mother's- Will look forward to Hollow Realization later this year Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 So I've been playing Crusader Kings 2 - I'm not very good or knowledgeable about the game, but, having started in a disjointed Ireland as a duke, I eventually managed to make myself into a sizeable Kingdom, absorb Wales and am now in the process of absorbing Scotland. There is, however, a problem. I bought Crusader Kings 2 in a giant discounted pack with a bunch of DLC I paid no attention to. And I started this ironman game without paying attention to it either. Turns out, one of the DLC was an ahistorical event, more like a mod, where at some point the Aztecs invade Europe with an insurmountable army. I am now royally screwed regardless of my favourable conditions and army. RIP Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Decided to leave the Undead Parish Black Knight for later, and went to see Lower Undead Burg. Pretty nice area. Quote
sub-zer0 Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 just started Tale of Wuxia, not that many kung fu based games on steam, and it looked pretty interesting, although I hear the translation and UI have some issues, but I know Mandarin, so it won't bother me too much, hopefully it doesn't crash that often like the what the reviews on steam say. DarkZedge Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Been playing Dirty Bomb still and some Our Darker Purpose Quote
HotTrax Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 Quantum Break - Finally download it on PC for a new playthrough. I think the game looks phenomenal at with tinkered settings at 60fps; ultra-settings murder my GTX980 though. Gears of War 4 – Beta is over, I did like what I played and will definitely get the game when it launches. Still waiting on horde mode details though. Metro: Last Light – I played about an hour, I found it to be really boring. Soda Drinker Pro – I bought it just cause. I am virtually drinking soda using a Kinect camera, the future is sweet. Halo 5 – More and more. Stuff I am looking forward to. Forza 6 PC – First time on PC. Excited to check it out, and free. Overwatch Beta – Would like to have hands-on with the game. (May 5th, open beta) Quote
Jun Inoue Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Welp, playing Overwatch Beta. It's pretty enjoyable, for now. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Got to the Depths in Dark Souls. Nice game, though I'm starting to wonder if the lore isn't as deep as I take it to be. Besides that, since my Ghost Trick purchase failed miserably, all I'm doing this rewatching the fourth Persona 5 trailer and crying myself to sleep (I don't have a PS3 or PS4). Quote

Some of the later areas have a lot more hints about the world, and there's even a new NPC who shows up at some point and drops a small infodump on you. Key word is small. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Wasted 30K souls on six levels of Faith since I thought I needed to get that to 14 to use Great Soul Arrow. Turns out that was Intelligence. Just got to Blighttown, fuck toxin. Quote
Decay Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Upper blighttown is one of my favorite areas. Enjoy getting sniped with toxic darts from a mile away! Quote
Jun Inoue Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Oh, Blighttown. You either make it... or you don't. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Played CSGO with friends, finally got ranked. Silver 1. Still at Blighttown. I'll probably play Ghost Trick if I complete Dark Souls before the exams week (Before June, in other words). Likely not happening (how long would a first playthrough be in Dark Souls?). I'm practically full for the rest of the summer, and Zero Time Dilemma will be my toppest top priority once I do get home, and then I have to get in some SAT practice so I don't think I'll be finishing any other game, perhaps I'll finish up SMT4. Fred the Barber Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 After a while away from home, I fell out of touch with Tales of Zestiria and found myself with a hankering to play Senran Kagura again. So I picked up Burst. Last time I played through the whole Hanzo line and a bit of Hebijo, so now I'm doing the rest of Hebijo. It's still a fun game. I'm actually a little anxious to get through this game so I can play some of the later iterations in the series, though I expect I'll go play other things rather than moving straight on to the next one. Jade Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Been playing Tale of Wuxia the past couple days. Such a wonderful stupid game Quote
Funyarinpa Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Decided to give Dark Souls a break, and picked up Ghost Trick instead. Far less than ideal on iPad, but hey, a third of the price of the DS game. Quote
Leaf Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 On Persona 3 FES right now, been busy the past week with the game. Got Persona HYPE right now ever since new P5 trailer came out. Already played Persona 4 Golden and have had this on the back log for awhile, wanna finish before playing P5 that way I can get fully acquainted with Persona. Has anyone ever played P4 first then went to P3, or did you play in chronological order? Quote

Has anyone ever played P4 first then went to P3, or did you play in chronological order? A ton of people played P4G then went back in time to play P3, myself included. P4G brought a lot of new people to the series. Personally, I played P3P rather than P3FES, though, and have generally been satisfied with that decision. There are certainly tradeoffs, but I feel like I would've gone nuts with P3FES's combat system, and I've heard that The Answer is kind of a grindfest. Quote
