B0X0R Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 OK. I finished Fallout 2 again. Now I'm going to beat Skyrim. This is attempt number 6. I will not cave in and go back to Fallout... I will complete Skyrim this time... I think that I have a problem. Quote
FruitsPunchSamurai Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Demon's Souls. Crazy how more difficult this game is than Dks1 and 2. Quote
BookwormOtaku Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Been doing the Act 2 character quests in Dragon Age 2: playing Cupid for Aveline was funny, Anders...isn't the same without his cat, gave Isabella a toy boat, helped out Sebastian, romanced Merrill, and Varric is awesome B) . Quote
LiquidShu Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Playing Hiperdimension Neptunia on PS3. I want to beat the three originals and then if I feel like it play the spin offs. Quote

Easily the best Fallout to ever be made with the sheer amount of stuff there was to do. I became a porn star and a boxing champion. I had sex for drugs too! I loved Fallout 2. Started playing Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl. Fun game so far except I die all the time and forget that a game like this does not autosave or have checkpoints. But I'm having a lot of fun regardless. B0X0R 1 Quote

AnthranDawn Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I'm currently playing Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. My friend loved awakening on 3DS, so I thought I would give the series a try. I played Fire Emblem 7 on GBA and thought it was great, and this one is pretty good as well. I tend to play this more carefully than other games because of the permanent death aspect. Totally makes it a different game compared to most I have played.  I always hold my breath during the enemy phase... Quote
Kosakyun Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Still playing Hyperdimension Neptunia R;B2. Â I'm trying to get the Conquest End first, so that I become clear of any bad end. Goddamn Blanc's hard to recruit though. I haven't been praising Lowee enough. And to think that all the quests increasing their shares are hunting quests... Quote
Kurisu-Chan Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Finished company of heroes 2, 10/10 saved the rodina. Quote
Deep Blue Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 playing Avadon 2 - The Corruption because old schools games rules Quote
LiquidShu Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 From what I've heard, the original was not that good. Though I'd like to play it too. Just take note that the original is not the same as Re;Birth, even in terms of story. Though they are a little similar.  Why I am starting off with the original. I have had it for a while and completely forgot where I was so I started over lol. I shortly after got bored and started Resident Evil Code Veronica X (one of the only ones I have yet to beat). Twas' also in my PS3 library and it holds my attention much better.  I also just bought the Metroid Prime series on Wii U. I played the first 3 since getting my Wii U and the series is amazing! Quote
BookwormOtaku Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Nearly done with Act 2 of Dragon Age, just finishing off whatever sidequests are left before taking on the closing story quest. Not entirely sure why this game got hated so much in the writing department, I've been enjoying the character focused stuff so far. Best example I've encountered: The aftermath of the serial killer questline had a really good scene between Hawke and his uncle where it did a good job conveying a scene of two estranged relatives dealing with the loss of a loved one. The only real issues I have with it so far are on the technical side, unless the story collapses in on itself either at the end of this act or in Act 3, but other than that I've found the story to be enjoyable so far. I'll admit it's not perfect (Fenris is so far just okay as a companion, the romanceable companions all being okay with either gender seems forced and awkward) but it's not awful like I heard so much of. So it might be a little more boring. Quote

I am actually interested in this one but who knows.  Also how was the SAO -Hollow Fragment- game? Quote
Kosakyun Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I really don't know about that SAO Hollow Fragment game yet. Some people say it's good, but eh. Quote
Jibril Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Don't get SAO Hollow Fragment, get SAO Lost Song instead~ Well it's decent as long as you're a fan of the series. Quote

Ragnar Matryoshka Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I'm really tempted to buy This War of Mine. The premise sounds awesome and depressing. Also, welcome back  It's a great game, but if you already understand the mechanic it'll be a bit repetitive tho (for me) Quote
Kosakyun Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 My god. I just finished Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 for the first time. Got the Conquest Ending. Â I did not expect my Neps to fucking die. It was depressing hunting them down and watching them kill each other. Though it made a nice boss battle. Especiall that Ram x Rom x Blanc team. Fucking trio that spams attacks with their insane speed. I'm not doing this ending again. I do think that the Cursed Sword is a very nice weapon though. <3 Â I'll try getting one of the nation's endings next. Maybe Lastation. Quote
FruitsPunchSamurai Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Prototype 2. I heard the ending in this one sucks but this is a fun game nonetheless. I like Alex Mercer better though. Quote
