Kamidori Alchemy Meister Start-up problem

Hello,

I am having trouble starting up Kamidori Alchemy Meister, although it worked fine a few months ago. Now when I try to start the game, an error window appears then a second:https://imgur.com/a/FXAMqjN

I have the japanes locale set up and I use windows 10. I tried reinstalling it and I got the third image in the link instead.

try searching on Google something like: "Kamidori Alchemy Meister VerCheck" or "Kamidori Alchemy Meister ARCGameEngine"

Also, I can't understand Japanese, can you copy the error texts then Google translate them for me LOL
