best VN translation tool without translation limits

Hello, I was wondering which VN translation tool (if any) has no sort of limit (monthly or otherwise)?  I know Retroarch has a translation tool for console games but with that one you can only use it a certain number of times per month which is not really good for playing VNs or other games with lots of text.

I don't really get, but is just the usuall, basically all translation services to softwares are paid, you will need to pay.
Some offline softwares must help you without limit, for example the LEC Power Translator, but is paid as well.

sorry, been busy IRL.  What I am looking for is something similar to what Retroarch allows but without the "x amount of characters per month" limit.  There are far too many cool Japanese only games that I would like to try.  I know I said free, but I don't mind paying as long as the option has no limit like RA's one.
