Help with a .scr file!

Hello, a newbie here. So, i got problems with the script of Kuro to Kin no Hirakanai Kagi, is  a .scr archive. 

The problems:

1. i don't know the enginer of the game (even on wikipedia doesn't appear)

2. The script can open with Crass and edit with CrystalTile2, but i don't know how to recompress that archive :/

Hope you can help or tell any suggestions
