Well I've always sort of had an interest in http://vndb.org/r373, but, does it really make it easier to translate a game from a demo rather than from scratch?

 

I've never played a trial version.  What percent of a complete game is usually covered by a trial version??

Well the i know is that Trial is very short than Full game, Some Games end before you can Get any rute and in full game you can Get all rute, So trial is very short, take Anonono. ~Kimi to Sugoshita Ano Hi Ano Toki Ano Mirai~ For Exempel the Games ends after you talked to Erisu, whish i remember corret

Not really, there's still more than 3/4 of game to tl even if you find demo tl quality to be appropriate and have no problems with porting it (they didn't change script between releases and so on, which isn't a given).
