Help unpack the .paz file from steam Supipara-Alice the magical conductor. Chapter 01-Spring Has Come!

I want to implement translation localization, but I don't have the ability to crack. Any help is very much appreciated. I can't find a suitable unpacking tool for the steam release "Supipara-Alice the magical conductor. Chapter 01-Spring Has Come!"

  I tried to use GARbro, but it does not support the steam English release.

Thanks, but it does not support English releases.
