Kana Okaeri ISF Script Decompilation

Does anyone know how to decompile/recompile Kana Okaeri scripts? I was able to extracts scripts to the ISF formats but I cannot decompile it to a readable format. I tried using arctools which can decompile ISF scripts for some other games but it didn't work for this one. I know that Kana Okaeri already has an English translation, but I heard that the ages from the original Japanese version was censored and replaced with 18 when it was younger in the original, so I want to add the original ages back into the game. If nobody knows how to decompile scripts for this game, than I would like to know if anyone knows how to decompile the .DRS scripts used in the original game. I was able to extract them but they were not readable. They are for the Digital Romance System engine but I can't find any information on them. I would appreciate any help.
