greenpips Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 (edited) So far, I've played many of Nakazawa and Uchikoshi's works, such as 999, ever17,remember11,AI: The Somnium Files, Remember11. They some how reuse the same things at the end, which not really makes me surprise and a bit lame when 'that' moments out. (For example, virtue's last reward and AI) I plan to play root double, but since I've finished many of their works. Not sure if this is going to be worth reading. Silvz Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 Worth reading, yes. Same plot, no. I don't remember a lot of the whole plot, but it's just the "trapped in a place that will soon be destroyed" that is the same, the rest is actually different. But you could just read other stuff before it, in order to enjoy it more instead of comparing it to other works Quote
NowItsAngeTime Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Yeah outside a starting premise of being 'trapped' The way the story goes is a bit different compared to Ever17. The way it develops its story feels more... down to earth? Without spoiling as much as possible. Quote
Stormwolf Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Thanks. I'll rather ask more after i'm done. It's been quite a while since i did ever17 so i'm not confident i remember the finer or even rougher details of things. Quote
