Problem trying to login on DMM in K3

So a few days ago I bought Kajiri Kamui Kagura from Fanza DMM and all the installations went well, I had to download soft battery runtime which wasn't a problem. But when I try to run the game I need to login with my DMM account (at least what I think they are asking for) but I get constantly get an error which reads "submit error.(12029)".

Can someone help me out with this please?

Disable your firewall and any security software, and then run the game as administrator and try again.

If that doesn't work try submitting the information while connected to a Japanese VPN.

I've also found, by googling, that you may need to open Internet Explorer (the browser) and reset the settings. Why this would work is beyond me, tho.
