I need your advice. I am making a big anime coloring book project, but I'm not sure which 'fetish' is more popular:

1.) Sexy office colleague fantasy
or
2.) foot fetish
What do you think?

Foot fetish for sure. It is definitely something I'd like to incorporate into my own VN project, as one of the Romanceable Heroines in my game is supposed to be super-flirty and seductive with my VN's protagonist.
