Help with running Kara No Shoujo: The Second Episode

After I finish the installing it asks for the activation key. Some people told me to exit it and try to run the main file but it says  "Unable to load mono library from "C:/Users/User/AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$EXa14596.33031/main_Data/Mono/mono.dll" (error = 126)."
