Is your locale, computer clock, and everything else in Japanese format?  It isn't necessary to do it for the keyboard, but it is necessary with a lot of games to set both locale and the clock to Japanese config.

IIRC, this game requires the data and time settings to be in japanese in order to work properly.

maybe you use 2 screens and your divers don't support that with the game or something

It certainly looks like something's wrong with your computer's video/screen settings. I'm playing the game and have my clock and app locale set to Japanese and have no problems whatsover. I've already finished Asagao route. I lost a lot of blood from all the HNNNGG. :3

Check your graphics card's software to see the settings it has for the resolution when  it comes to games, see if it's set to fit the screen or not and check the game settings itself.

Aside from that check your own computer's resolution because it looks like you have 2 screens and are forcing the game to stretch through out those 2 screens.

Regarding the characters, if you set your locale and clock to japanese then it should work just fine but i think you already cleared that out.

bingo. Actually a 4th so I Can read the MT since the surround will take the bottom 3 monitors :3

how did you get the text fixed? 

all my other VN are working perfectly, location & system locale japanese, clock UTC+9 tokyo

my text problem still remains, what's wrong?

ahh problem solved, looks like its not just clock and system locale but i have to change the format too
