How to decrypt .mjo files from Starless' script?

Hey, I managed to extract the scenario.arc file from the English version and it gave me some .mjo files that seem to be encrypted since they show gibberish.
Any way to decrypt those or maybe they're showing like that because they're from the translated release?
I also will need to extract the script from the Japanese version. Insert image from URL

1. To convert mJO files into TXT files, just click the bat file, and text_conv.exe together with mJO files, click the bat file to automate processing.

2. Decrypt the text in Shift JIS encoding format.

3. It should be noted that this method sometimes appears that some text is still garbled after changing the encoding format.
