How decrypt and encrypt Archives and CG Images from [DELTA] games?

Hi Everyone!

I need help.

I am trying to unpack the CG archive of the game from the Delta company in order to make an anti-censor. And then zip all the files back. However, I cannot find a normal archiver for this task.

Game archive : EVB.CGF EV.CGF

Archive of pictures DELTA.IAF MENUB.IAF
