Help me make sense of Remember11 January 12 SPHIA timeline

Hello there.

 

Heavy spoilers inside, naturally. This is a question for those who have finished the game.

 

So I am trying to make sense of transfer timings that occured throughout January 12 of 2011 and 2012, specifically in relation to the earthquake and the blackout. The timelines are as follows:

 

Kokoro's arrives at Satoru's room at SPHIA at 6:03 PM SCT (Satoru Clock time) to find Utsumi talking about a bad feeling, with her last memories being of Yomogi's knife. Then, there is an earthquake and a subsequent blackout while the tenants of the institution huddle close together. Then Kokoro zones out to find herself in the "red room"/ "Primordial Sea". She comes to back at the cabin, and confirms the time as 6:36 PM CT (Cabin time). Then, just as she listens to Satoru's message about an attempt at his life, she transfers to a knife wound on her arm which she assumes got inflicted on Satoru. She found refuge in Satoru's room where she is visited by Utsumi, confirming the time as 7:43 SCT, and eyeballing the time of her arrival as ~7:33 PM SCT.

Satoru jumps out to Cabin when Utsumi comes to his room. He finds Yomogi licking a cut on his finger, and is unable to confirm the time in the cabin. He comes back to SPHIA sometime after, his arm already injured (no time given), and jumps out almost immediately after attempting to run and tripping over the table. He doesn't lose consciousness. He notes the time when he is back at the cabin, 7:34 PM CT, but he spent about a minute in contemplation. He then finds himself at SPHIA with a bandaged hand at 8:06 PM SWT (Satoru Watch time).

 

Now, what do these transfers look on Satoru Watch time, considering the clock in his room is 33 minutes ahead of his watch?

 

Satoru -> Kokoro (5:30 PM - she writes it in the notes as 6:03 PM)

Kokoro -> Alpha (6:03 PM)

Alpha -> Satoru (6:36 PM - though he wasn't able to record the time)

Satoru -> Kokoro (7:00 PM??? - she writes it in the notes as 7:33 PM)

From the moment Satoru regained his senses at SPHIA he noticed a sharp pain, then his vision returned, then he spotted Hotori's silhouette and ran away. It took one or two minutes. How come there is a 24 minute gap?
