sakura no uta install help

I downloaded the game and launch setup.exe, but it wont let me select the option to install the game. It lets me select all other options in the setup but the one to install. Thank you in advance for any help.

This is really too imprecise to even attempt to help. Unless you got it to run already, you should maybe provide some screenshots.
