Muv-Luv Extras

I am at a complete loss now. I installed Muv-Luv with no problems whatsoever, I am able to play it just fine, however, the extras menu will not unlock after I had just completed Tama's route. I am wondering if there are other requirements to unlock the menu or if I did something wrong during setup.

I believe that is an error that was brought about from the english patch itself.  The same situation happened to me and I remember reading something about the patch causing it.

I am pretty sure you must complete unlimited also to get extras menus to show up.
