Yeah, It's hard for me to say definitely but it's either Rewrite or Little busters, with G-Senjou no Maou at a close second.

I do like visual novels that have romance and drama, and sometimes some surprises, I love the sappy stuff and I can take theartbreak that comes with

Have you played any of the Da Capo games?  If you want romance and drama by all means you should give them a shot.

I agree with Mevvrynne on Da Capo. I would also recommend Hoshizora no Memoria, KonoSora, and Wind: A Breath of Heart.
