Accented letters in npa files

I'm trying to edit files in the "Phenomeno" Japanese VN (I don't know if I'm going to translate it, but I'm still looking around the files to understand how they work better) and I have the way to extract scripts, cgs and so on. However since I am Italian I need accented letters and these games don't support them so I tried to look on the Internet, I saw that I need to edit the Font in some way. I just have a "system.ini" file which has some things about it but don't seem to influence the game directly so I think I have to edit the Hex, but if I try to open the exe with an editor it just has tons of random characters and some clear system English stuff (I assume it's because it's encrypted in some way). So how can I do it?

Normally, to change the font of Nitoro+ game, change the values of LoadFont and SetFont in function_box.nss and sys_backlog.nss
Probably, just changing system.ini will not change the font.
