DRAMAtical Murder is still in Japanese

Are you running your computer with Japan system locale? (link to instructions): Yes
Game Name: DRAMAtical Murder
Description of Problem:I  was told that it was the English version, but when I open the game it's still in Japanese. Also, the DMMD.exe file will not open, but it's the other one that is still in Japanese. I've tried to download the English patch, but it still won't work. I honestly don't know what else to do.
Your Operating System: Windows 8
What did you already try? (Uninstall/Reinstall, Redownload, Run as admin, etc): Everything asked on the site, plus some

As long as you have the patch files (nss-patch.npa, cg-patch.npa and cg2-patch.npa) it should be in English. And yes you are supposed to run DMMd_crack_for_ver110.exe.

It will certainly behave differently if you haven't installed the patch there too.
